| The Way I See It #274 "People often ask me if it is worth it to work at sea (go to college), isolated from the world, far from loved ones, seasick, and running on three hours' sleep. To lay eyes on something never before seen by anyone, to learn something new about our planet, for that one moment of discovery -- yes, it is all worth it." -- Katy Croff (National Geographic Emerging Explorer)
So, something random.... although my earth science class seems a little crazy at times, it is very interesting to learn stuff about the earth... and some scary stuff at that. For example, on average, California is due for a HUGE earthquake on the Hayward fault this year, according to math equations and science used to calculate the average amount of years between EQ's... talk about catastrophic!

| I got this from a friend:
"A woman's heart should be so hidden in God that a man has to seek Him to find her..."On a Starbucks cup: "You can't lead the people, if you don't love the people. You can't save the people, if you don't serve the people." P.S. loving and serving is what Jesus came to do... with the holidays approaching, (the celebration of Jesus' birth) i thought it fitting to share that thought. Have a wonderful week everyone!
